Information gathering and usage

When registering for Top Performer we require certain information such as your name and email address. This is to be able to uniquely identify your account information. Once you start your subscription, you will be able to set up your credit card payments. Your information is only used internally and won’t be shared with others.

Top Performer collects the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, and information submitted through voluntary activities such as site registrations or participation in surveys. Top Performer also collects aggregated, anonymous user data regarding app usage. The user data we collect is never personally identifiable and is used to improve Top Performer and the quality of our service.

Your data

Nebulaware uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Top Performer. Although Nebulaware owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Top Performer application, you retain all rights to your data. We will never share your personal data with a 3rd party without your prior authorization, and we will never sell data to 3rd parties.

List Sharing

Top Performer allows you the ability to share your list with other users that you choose. We do not provide users with your email. You should only share your lists with people whom you trust to access that information. While we follow our privacy policy, another user you have given access to may not.


We use cookies to store visitors preferences, customize Web page content based on visitors browser type or other information that the visitor sends. Cookies are required to use Top Performer.

Ad servers

While we may inform you from time to time of new features and services provided under your Top Performer subscription, we do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.


All data and information transmitted with Service are secured by SSL protocol. If using two-factor authentication, an SMS may be sent to the number activated on your account for the sole purpose of proving your identity to our system for authentication purposes.


If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward.
